The Lemonade Diet Plan With A Twist

Monday

Upon Waking Up:

1 Lemon Detox juice

Breakfast:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 green tea brewed with the juice of half a lemon

1 slice of wholegrain or rye toast with avocado OR 1 portion of porridge oats with water or low fat milk and no sugar (try honey as a substitute)

Morning Tea:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 green tea brewed with the juice of half a lemon

Lunch:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 bowl of mixed fruit salad (including berries) with the juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of honey drizzled over

1 hard-boiled egg

Afternoon Tea:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 corn cracker with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Dinner:

1 Lemon Detox juice 1/2 chicken breast stuffed with spinach and baked in pesto, lemon juice, salt and pepper

1 cup of garden salad, mixed with 1/4 cup cubed and baked sweet potato drizzled with 1/2 teaspoon of honey and 1/4 of an orange

Dressing: 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper

After Dinner Snack:

1 Lemon Detox juice

Before Bed:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 herbal laxative

 

Tuesday

Upon Waking Up:

1 Lemon Detox juice

Breakfast:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 green tea brewed with the juice of half a lemon

1 slice of wholegrain or rye toast with avocado OR 1 portion of porridge oats with water or low fat milk and no sugar (try honey as a substitute)

Morning Tea:

1 Lemon Detox juice 

1 banana

Lunch:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 piece of steamed or grilled hake with a little drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of 1/4 of a lemon, pinch of salt and pepper

1/2 a cup of boiled broccoli

1/2 a slice of rye or whole-grain bread.

Afternoon Tea:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 green tea brewed with the juice of half a lemon 

Dinner:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1/2 a roasted chicken breast stuffed with red peppers and pine nuts,  drizzled with olive oil and the juice of 1/4 of a  lemon

2 baby new potatoes,  steamed

1 cup of garden salad, dressed with olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper

After Dinner Snack:

1 Lemon Detox juice

Before Bed:

1 Lemon Detox juice

Wednesday

Upon Waking Up:

Breakfast:

1 slice of wholegrain bread with tuna and lettuce

1 bowl of mixed fruit salad (including berries) with the juice of half a lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey drizzled over

1 digestive biscuit OR 1 corn cracker with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter

Dinner:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 fillet of salmon (skin off) baked in foil with the juice of 1/2 a lemon and fresh dill

1 cup of steamed vegetables

2 baby new potatoes, steamed

After Dinner Snack:

1 Lemon Detox juice

Before Bed:

Thursday

Upon Waking Up:

1 Lemon Detox juice

Breakfast:

1 green tea brewed with the juice of half a lemon

1 slice of wholegrain or rye toast with avocado OR 1 portion of porridge oats with water or low fat milk and no sugar (try honey as a substitute)

Morning Tea:

1 digestive biscuit

Lunch:

1 tuna and salad sandwich on wholegrain bread

1/2 a bowl of custard (warm or cold)

Afternoon Tea:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 green tea brewed with the juice of half a lemon

Dinner:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1/2 a bowl of mixed seafood cooked with diced canned tomatoes, garlic, Italian herbs, a splash of white wine and the juice of half a lemon

1/4 of a bowl of whole-grain pasta

1/2 a cup of steamed greens

After Dinner Snack:

Before Bed:

Friday

1 apple

1/2 a bowl of chicken and mixed vegetable stir fry with chilli, garlic, ginger and the juice of half a lemon

1/4 of a bowl of rice

After Dinner Snack:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1/2 a bowl of custard (warm or cold)

Before Bed:

Saturday

Upon Waking Up:

Breakfast:

2 poached eggs

1/2 a slice of wholegrain or rye toast

1 banana

Morning Tea:

1 green tea brewed with the juice of half a lemon

Lunch:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 fillet of cod, grilled with the juice of half a lemon, half a teaspoon of butter and some fresh parsley

2 new baby potatoes, steamed

1/2 a cup of steamed greens

Afternoon Tea:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1/2 a bowl of mixed berries

Dinner:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 bowl of beef and vegetable soup

After Dinner Snack:

1 Lemon Detox juice

2 scoops of lemon sorbet

Before Bed:

1 Lemon Detox juice

Sunday

Upon Waking Up:

Breakfast:

2 healthy banana pancakes – whisk 2 eggs up with 1 mashed banana and fry in a lightly greased pan (1 teaspoon olive oil)

Top with the juice of a lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey

Morning Tea:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 green tea brewed with the juice of half a lemon

1 sugar free yoghurt

Lunch:

1 bowl of 5 bean soup

1 cup of garden salad dressed with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper

Dinner:

1 Lemon Detox juice

Healthy roast:
1 roasted chicken breast with the juice of half a lemon and herbs

1/2 a bowl of roast vegetable salad: roast beetroot, sweet potato, pumpkin, onion, peppers on top of a bed of spinach and rocket, dressed with olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper

After Dinner Snack:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 sugar free hot chocolate on skimmed milk

Before Bed:

1 Lemon Detox juice

1 herbal laxative
