The latest research shows that losing weight has a positive effect on memory and concentration. The team of scientists from the Department of Psychology at Kent State University in the U.S. carried out two years of research on capabilities by reducing excess pounds.
They came to the conclusion that people, who manage to lose weight by operating through or with the help of exercise and a healthy diet, showed significant improvement in memory and concentration.
