How nuts help the heart?
Most scientific research which include people who consume nuts as part of a diet for a healthy heart, show that nuts make lower the level of LDL (low-density lipoprotein), “Bad” cholesterol in the blood. Increased LDL is the main cause of heart disease. Therefore, nuts with its ability to reduce “bad” cholesterol, improve heart health.
Eating nuts reduces the risk of blood clots, which can cause a fatal heart attack.
However, hard evidence of the impact of nuts on cardiovascular health hasn’t, because research results only indicate on that influence but that is not fully confirmed.
