How much nuts you should eat?

Nuts are high in fat. Almost 80% of them are containing fat. Although most of these fats are healthy, you should not consume a lot of these fruits because they contain high calorie.

You should eat nuts sparingly. Eating a handful of nuts (42.5g) per day may reduce the risk of heart disease. However it is not enough to have a healthy heart. Eating nuts of almonds, hazelnuts or peanuts will not help, if you not reduce consumption of foods containing saturated fats.
