10 lesser known ways to reduce stress

  • Treat yourself with pistachios. Pistachios are not as fattening as other nuts,they are not containing no fat and are a rich source of fiber. In stressful times pistachios help to reduce blood pressure and slow the heart rate. But you should not exaggerate with these delicious snacks. Do not eat more than once 50 pistachios.
  • Shake off the stress. Shake your body to get rid of tension and negative emotions. Stand straight with your knees. Relax the muscles of the arms and first started to shake hands.
