Nausea
Summer is the season of travel. But while most people enjoy the trip, many are experiencing nausea. Anxiety when moving or traveling frequently occurs in children 2 to 12 years and more frequently in women than in men. It can occur when traveling by car, but also when traveling by train, plane or boat (popularly known as sea sickness).
Why appears nausea when you are traveling? Eye, ear, skin and muscles send information to the brain. This information enables the brain to decide what position your body is in space, are moving and if you move in that direction is. It is believed that anxiety occurs when the brain receives conflicting signals. For example, the inner ear tells you to move, and eyes that are static.
