Improving concentration with releasing problems
It’s hard to concentrate when your head is constantly emerging thoughts that plague you, and which are associated with problems in your life or the tasks you need to complete. When will you cover the river of thoughts, often creates panic and concentration disappears.
Psychologists advise that the best way to stop you to create chaos in your head is to write on a sheet of paper arranged. Make a list of the tasks to be done during the day. If you are in a troubling situation (eg, unpleasant conversation with desired), describe the situation and write what feelings it arouses you.Once you transfer these thoughts on paper, you can forget, at least for a while.
And remember, everything is exercise. The more you practice, the better you concentrate. Do not rush immediately to become an expert to focus, because it can create frustration. Every day accelerate little by little.
