From the results it was found that women who drink a little coffee or don’t drink it at all (not including decaffeinated coffee) have 15 percent more chances to face depression.
Also in this study were taken variables which can play a role as determining factors causing depression like: marital status, social relationships, general health, etc…. However, it has been shown that 4 cups of coffee a day reduce the risk of depression about 20 percent.
But also study claims that drinking lots of coffee completely can’t prevent the depression, so for that according to scientists, there is no reason to start drinking coffee, if you don’t like.
The only message that has been extracted from this study is that coffee hasn’t negative health consequences, but to some people, coffee can cause addiction similar to that of some drugs, so you should drink coffee responsibly.
