How to be happy

  • Live in the present. Do not postpone happiness for another day when you plan to have fewer obligations. Do not think what will tomorrow be the day until dinner with your partner or family. Enjoy the company, talks, food that is in front of you. Learn to live now!
  • Know that you can not forever to be happy. To be happy, you should know that happiness is not constant. When you have reason to be sad, allow yourself to be overwhelmed that emotion. Happy people know that they can not be happy all the time. Therefore they can appreciate the small moments, small victories, small miracles that happen in life.
  • Are you happy? Spread this feeling on the people around you. Happiness is contagious.
