Home remedies for sunburn
There is a popular saying: “Better to prevent than to cure”. This saying goes to burns from the sun. You have to know that prevention is always the best way to protect from sun burns as redness, pain or blisters, and also to reduce the risk of long-term skin damage or cancer.
Sun burns occur from prolonged exposure to sunlight, without or with insufficient protection. It is simply the beach while you forget to update protective layer cream after emerging from the water or slowing to tell you that the sun is not strong enough to hurt you and completely skip the cream with SPF (SPF).
The first symptoms are reddening of the skin, strong heat, feeling the tingling and uncomfortable pain even with most gentle touch. When you notice these symptoms, immediately isolate from the sun and begin the appropriate care on the skin.
