  • Day 1: Besides cabbage soup, you can eat as much as you want any kind of fruit, except bananas.
  • Day 2: In your menu except the soup, include vegetables  also (except beans, corn and peas). Potatoes are limited. You can eat a baked potato with a little butter.
  • Day 3: Combine the cabbage soup with vegetables (excluding potatoes) and fruit (except bananas).
  • Day 4: Except cabbage soup, you are allowed to eat up to 8 bananas and as much skimmed milk as you like.
  • Day 5: Except with soup, your hunger can be sated with 300-500g beef cooked on the grill and 6 fresh tomatoes. On this day drink 8 glasses of water.
  • Day 6: Eat cabbage soup, beef, chicken without skin and vegetables (except potatoes).
  • Day 7: Except the soup and brown rice, you can eat vegetables (excluding potatoes) and drink as much as you want 100% natural fruit juice.
