Ideally, you should exercise 30 minutes almost every day. It will help to reduce LDL cholesterol (the so-called “bad” cholesterol), raise “good” (HDL) cholesterol, further reduce the risk for the occurrence of diabetes and ultimately to improve the health of the entire cardiovascular system .
If you do not have time for a one-off 30 minutes of physical activity, then divide it into parts – eg. in 3 ten minute walk cycles. Let’s be honest – no one who can set aside 10 minutes of their time.
