How to reduce depression with coffee
The latest study shows that women who drink several cups of coffee per day, significantly reduce the risk of depression. The most interesting fact is that the more coffee they drink, the risk of depression is more declined.
The survey included over 50 thousand women, aged between 30 and 55 years, which occasionally answered questionnaires about the amount of coffee they consume.
None of the women that have been consumed coffee had symptoms of depression (or a history of depression) at the beginning of the study, but over the next 10 years, approximately 5 percent of the women which answered the questionnaires, have shown diagnosis of depression.
