Appropriate exercise
Air walking
- Lie on your stomach.
- Then bend one leg at the knee and make a move in the air.
- Where the thigh should be peeled from the surface on which you are lying.
- Make these exercises 20 times for each leg.
- This will help to give a beautiful shape to the hips.
Sit on an imaginary chair
- Stand with your back against the wall.
- Glide down so long, until you “sit” on an imaginary chair.
- Feet in this area must be bent at right angles.
- Try to stay in this position as long as possible.
- Exercise will help you tighten your thighs.
