- Syrup of onion, garlic, thyme and honey. Mix half a cup of honey with half a cup of water in the liquid and add one clove grinded onion and a garlic clove grinded. Add a little thyme and allow the mixture to stand overnight. The next day strain the liquid and drink it as a syrup. Store the syrup in the refrigerator.
