Roast Marinated Chicken Recipe
Method of preparation
- Wash the chicken, dry it.
- Prepare a marinade for injections: soy sauce, 1 tsp mustard and wine. Put marinade in a syringe and do bird shots throughout the body
- Mixture for external marinade (2 tsp mustard, garlic, spices, salt, mayonnaise) daubed chicken on top.
- Leave our bird for the sheer intoxication for a couple of hours. Then we shift to pan for baking.
- Top cover with foil
- Bake our beauty 1.5 hours in the oven at a low temperature. A half an hour before finish, remove the foil.
