Roast Marinated Chicken Recipe

Method of preparation

  1. Wash the chicken, dry it.
  2. Prepare a marinade for injections: soy sauce, 1 tsp mustard and wine.  Put marinade in a syringe and do bird shots throughout the body:-)
  3. Mixture for external marinade (2 tsp mustard, garlic, spices, salt, mayonnaise) daubed chicken on top.
  4. Leave our bird for the sheer intoxication for a couple of hours. Then we shift to pan for baking.
  5. Top cover with foil
  6. Bake our beauty 1.5 hours in the oven at a low temperature. A half an hour before finish, remove the foil.
