Method of preparation
Clean the sweet potatoes, pumpkin and cut into large cubes. Cut the onion into half rings, garlic – a few pieces clove.
In a large pan add a spoon of olive oil, fry the onion and garlic over medium heat until soft.
Add pumpkin, sweet potatoes and broth.Cook over low heat for about 40 minutes until tender, salt, pepper. Turn off the fire and give cool 30 minutes.
Shred soup to the consistency of mashed potatoes with a blender, slowly add cream.Cook for a few minutes, spread on a plate and decorate with dill and olive oil drops.
