- Method of preparation
- Potatoes and onions are clean and cut into pieces. Over medium heat, heat the butter in a pan, fry the onion, minced garlic and potatoes for about 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine the broth, onions, potatoes and chopped herbs. Salt, pepper and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Give the soup to cool, mix with a blender and heated. Serve with croutons.
