Parsnip Soup Recipe

Pasternak one of my most favorite vegetables, but in this recipe it harmoniously brings a touch of sweetish and makes the soup really unusual and very tasty. If you prefer spicy soups, simply add a teaspoon of curry powder and a few gram masala. Garnish soup with a sprig of parsley or a thread of grated carrots and nobody can resist such yummy.

Ingredients:

  • parsnip – 600 gr.
  • onions – 1.
  • carrots – 1pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • rosemary – 3 sprigs
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. liter.
  • vegetable broth – 1.5 st.
  • cream – 150 ml.
  • salt and pepper – to taste
