  • Rice – 1 cup
  • king prawns – 200 gr.
  • chicken broth – 1.5 cups
  • Celery – 2 stalks
  • green onion – 1 stalk
  • Bulgarian pepper – ½ pc.
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp. liter.
  • almonds – ¼ tbsp.
  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • curry – 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp. liter.
  • cream – 2 tbsp. liter.
  • parsley – 30 g.
  • salt and pepper – to taste
