AB blood type diet
AB blood type is extremely rare, only 4-5% of people are representatives of this group. At the same time it is the newest blood type. Most of the food that is bad for blood groups A and B is bad for blood type AB, but there are exceptions.
Tomatoes, which are not recommended for blood type B, can be used in the diet of group AB. People with blood type AB should avoid alcohol and coffee, especially in stressful situations.
According D’Adamo if representatives of this group want to lose weight, then they need to eat more tofu, seafood, green vegetables and dairy products and avoid smoked meats.
People with blood type AB are emotional, friendly and passionate especially when it comes to their beliefs.
